First Team Tryouts

Open tryouts for the Rockford FC 2026 first team.

Whether you're a returning player or new to the club, this is your opportunity to compete for a roster spot.

Tryout FeeFREE

Season: Preseason starts April, games May through July
Training Schedule: Two times a week plus a gym session
Player Fee (if selected): Estimated $150 minimum. A portion may be refundable based on practice attendance and other terms to be determined.

College players, recent college graduates, aspiring professionals, ex-professional players, and highly skilled amateurs

Athletes under 18 need proper waivers signed by a parent/guardian

NCAA Eligibility: NCAA eligibility maintained — coordinate with your coaches and athletic director

Travel: Limited to the Midwest during regular season. Club may provide some transportation but generally players carpool.

Training note: You are expected to attend training sessions in order to be eligible to play in the next match
